Here’s What We’ll Do

• Set up DKIM correctly for your main email marketing platform and your main email service (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 etc.), so that every email you send is seen as legitimate by every mailbox provider.
• Set up your SPF record correctly, so that all the email platforms you send from are considered as authorised to send emails on your behalf.
• Set up DMARC correctly, so your email reputation will be protected and you’ll see whether any scammers are sending emails that pretend to be from you.
• Set up a DMARC monitoring platform with a 14-day free trial (you will need to pay $10 per domain per month after that) so you can continue to ensure everything is working correctly.
• Test to ensure everything is set up correctly and show you how to monitor your authentication to be sure that everything continues to work as it should.
• We’ll also make up to two additions or modifications to your SPF or DKIM records within 30 days.
• We offer a 100% satisfaction and correctness guarantee. If anything isn’t right, we’ll sort it out for free.

For us to fix any issues for you, standard setup fee for one domain: $497

This covers all the work listed in “Here’s What We’ll Do” above.

Additional fee for each extra domain: $197 (for domains set up at the same time, using the same DNS control panel, linked to the same email marketing platform)

If you have more than one domain, we charge an additional fee per domain because there’s a lot of work required for each domain.

Please note: additional domains must be managed by the same DNS control panel and be linked to the same email marketing platform.

Additional fee to work with a third party: $100

It takes a lot more of our time if you’re not able to give us direct access to your domain control panel and we have to pass on instructions to a third party. So if you need us to liaise with your IT provider, web developer or other third party who will make the changes on your behalf, we do charge an additional one-off fee to cover our additional costs.

VIP 90 days

Our VIP 90 days access gives you an intensive setup to ensure you’re ready for the looming Google changes in 2024 and that you are building from strong foundations. Initially you’ll get a strategy call with a member of our expert team so that we’re able to help you lay out a plan to make the most of email marketing activities. 

For 3 months, you’ll get unlimited access to all of our team and their knowledge, mastermind group and monthly Q&A calls as well as video training, monthly health check reports and access to our entire software suite.

This service ensures your information is up to date by tagging all of your contacts daily according to their engagement. You can then send the right emails to the right contacts at the right time, improving your sending reputation and increasing the chances of emails getting through.

We help with setting up the tagging and segmentation so you can rest assured that your emails are being sent according to the best practice. 

Monthly you get a 1 : 1  call with a member of our team for any questions or technical help you may need. You’ll also receive a monthly report on KPIs and trends along with recommendations for improving performance.
